Please, I am here to pick up my certificate, but I do not have a hard copy of my ID card. What do I do?

- You will have to open your student portal if you have a profile picture in your portal. Then you are eligible to pick up your certificate.
- If you do not have a profile picture in your portal, then you need to get a valid ID card in addition to the opened portal be able to pick up your certificate.
