A certificate can be reissued at a fee if there is:

• Wrong spelling of name on certificate supported by valid documents, such as a birth certificate, and the certificate used to apply into the program of study.
• Incorrect programme major or electives stated on the certificate
• An instance where a portion of the confirmed certificate was burned or damaged, and ownership is confirmed.
