Before you begin

Have your institutional email ready:
• Staff: username@ucc.edu.gh
• Students: username@stu.ucc.edu.gh
Visit Selfservice to reset your password (If Applicable)
Forget Eduroam / UCC WIFI network from your device (If applicable).

Eduroam / UCC WIFI Setup Instructions

Using getEduroam App

Open the Google Play Store.
Search for and install getEduroam.
Launch the app after installation.
Select University of Cape Coast.
Select Profile type:
• Staff: Eduroam / UCC WIFI - Staff
• Students: Eduroam / UCC WIFI - Student
Enter your email and password.
Accept certificate if prompted.
Check Wi-Fi to confirm Eduroam / UCC WIFI is active.

Using Manual Setup

Turn on your wifi.
Select Eduroam / UCC WIFI from available networks.
Security: WPA2-Enterprise, EAP: TTLS, Phase 2: PAP.
Enter your email and password.
Leave Anonymous identity blank.
Where applicable set Certificate option to Do not validate.
Accept certificate (if applicable) and connect.

UCC Wi-Fi Setup Instructions

Open Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi.
Select UCC WIFI from available networks.
Security: WPA2-Enterprise, EAP: TTLS, Phase 2: PAP.
Enter your email and password.
Leave Anonymous identity blank.
Where applicable set Certificate option to Do not validate.
Accept/Trust certificate (if applicable) and connect.
